The simplest way is go by direct flight and you can get to Xiamen about 1 hour later.
Bus train: Get to Zhuhai gongbei and then take buses to Guangzhou. Take train to Xiamen from Guangzhou East Railway Station and reach the destination some 13 hours later.0
