Question

I am a Filipino and plan to visit HK and China. I read that we are allowed to visit HK from the Phil without visa for 14 days as long as we have a valid passport and returned ticket. I am working in Africa. On my way back to Africa, I plan to visit HK for few days and if possible to visit also some parts in China. Can i apply a visa here in Africa for my trip in China or do i have to apply in the Philippines?ThanksMercy Subibe
