hi to all, I just wanna ask about my passport... My husband and I are working in China..I just got married last Aug 17,2009 in the Philippines and got back for work here in China 2 days after our wedding..Due to the limited time, I failed to ask the DFA on how to change my surname in my passport...Can you please give me an advise on how to do that..Is it possible to change it here in the Philippine embassy (CHina)?Thx a lot...
