About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

HI! I'm an overstay in china. I was planning to go back to Philipppines on September but 3 weeks ago, somebody broke into our apartment & took most of my stuffs including my money & passport. What shall I do now?!? Im so lost & I need help. Please help.
