u didnt answer my question. can i apply for china visa in philippines? am currently in philippines can i get china visa from there.?

It is possible for you to apply from Chinese embassy in Philippines, however, the certainty is not 100%. Visa officers sometimes ask you to provide the residence permit or work permit of Philippines, sometimes, the Philippines visa is Ok for Chinese visa application, sometime it is not accepted.
