There is one directly bus from Gongbei to Ningde leaving at 13:30. However, it needs 18 hours to Ningde. Zhuhai do not have train staion by now. You can get to Guangzhou first to catch the train to Fuzhou, then transfer to bus to Ningde thereafter.0
