Try Cybermart! It's a great mart selling quality digital products. It has about fie branches in Shanghai. Or you can go to Xujiahui. there are many famous digital products markets in this area, such as Pacific, Buynow and Huigu.

But i think the consoles are not modified right? I am looking for shops that sell consoles that can play copied discs :P

I guess it can play copied discs. If you buy it, the seller in the marlet will have everything done well for you.
