About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

Hello there!

I have a question and I hope you can help me! I am currently travelling and will be doing an internship in China. I have an invitation letter from a chinese authority. My question is, whether I can apply for a Chinese F-Visa in Kuala lumpur although I am just in Malaysia for vacation? What do I need for it? Will it be problematic?

Thanks a lot!!!
Adina
