About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Good day Sir,

My brother in law is a chinese citizen (both his parents are chinese) but he was born in the philippines. Now he wants to get a passport for travel abroad. what do you suggest? will he get a chinese passport or process his papers for philippine passport? if he will get a chinese passport, what are the requirements and what are the fees to be paid? and if he will get a philippine passport what shall he do? thanks!

It depends his nationality. he should contact the China embassy in philippines for help.
