Can I know if there is any wholesale areas which sells clothes and bags and shoes in Shanghai? I mean really good bargains.

For locals, Qi Pu Road is the most famous one. Try to bargain at 1/3 of the quotation and then you may conclude the order at a little bit higher price. Have fun!
