About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am a professor in the University of the Philippines and have been invited to visit Southwest Forestry College in Kunming. I have an official "red" passport. I will be traveling to China on Sept. 1 and will return to the Philipines on Sept. 5. Do I need to go to the Chinese embassy for visa application? Thank you.

yes, you need to apply for a visa from the Chian emabssy, or you will be not allowed to enter China.
