About:Shopping in Shanghai

Hiya!
Which is better for a three day visit on a round the world tour, Shanghai or Hong Kong? Shopping and sightseeing and reasonably priced hotels.

you will find cheaper hotels in Shanghai but you will also have to obtain a Visa for the mainland. Shopping and sightseeing is very good in both places
