Im gopi (Indian ) living in china for past 8 years using work permit visa and married a chinese girl .We have baby abt 1 yr 9month old born at China but having indian passport . Now we have decided to take our baby to india using one time exit from Chinese immigration . We want apply chinese visa like business visa (use my company in china) or relative visa ( on behalf of mother) . Kindly suggest - how can apply chinese visa at chinese embassy at india ? what are documents required ? shall my baby agpplicable for one year muliple enrty visa since my baby having indian passport.
