About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hello again..I just wanna ask, my husbund is chinese he is curently processing her birthcertifacate. He go to chinese embassy to know her bithcerifacte to translate from chinese to english it possible? HOW how can we do? please help..THANKS and MORE POWER...

He is in Philippines, right. He can search help from the China embasy in Philippines.
