Hi my husband is in Singapore right now for a vacation.  He's a Filipino citizen.  He wish to travel to china. Can he apply for a business visa in  Singapore? What are the requirements?

Please affix the photo to the application form.3. Singapore PR.EP.WP. (Original and photocopy) or Embarkation card.4. Return air ticket, hotel booking.5. Official Notification of Issuance of Visa from the authorized departments (original)
