About:Chinese Embassy in New Zealand

I have an AZ Hong Kong permanent identity card and a New Zealand passport, I plan to travel Shanghai sometime next year, can I apply for a return permit here in New Zealand?

You can apply for a visa for your entry to Shanghai from the Chinese embassy in New Zealand.
