About:Lingering Garden



I'm a Philippine national but living in Japan. I have a permanent resident visa in Japan.

I am going to Frankfurt on Aug 27, 2009. I already have my German visa. But my ticket is not direct. Stop-over is Peking. Do I have to get a Chinese visa? How long would it take and what are the requirements?
