About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

I am a iranian national living in UAE and a legal resident. I am planning to visit Guangdong-China for a week from 10 september. What kind of documents I need to apply for the visas? Can I apply in dubai?
Your help and assistance in this regard would be highly appreciable.

Yes, you can apply for your China visa from the Consulate-general of China in Dubai, but you have to apply for the visa through the authorized visa agents listed on the below website:
/embassy/arabemirates.htm
Contact them diorectly to get all the info. you need for the visa application.
