dear visa officer, last week my travel agent tried to submit my visa application

Dear Visa Officer, Last week my Travel Agent tried to submit my visa application (Business VISA) to Consular office but this time you are not allowing any agents to submit visa application. Pls note our company importing many items fro China as well exporting plastic scrap/textile waste to China. In this circumstance will you allow if I send some one from my office to submit VISA application? Looking forward for early reply.
