I WORK FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF PORTHARCOURT NIGERIA. I INTEND TO GO TO JULIN UNIVERSITY CHINA TO STUDY CHINESE LANGUAGE FOR ONE YEAR BEFORE I TAKE UP A GRADUATE COURSE THERE IN LITERATURE. WHAT TYPE OF VISA DO I NEED? IS IT LATE APPLY FOR 2009? SINCE I HAVE NOT BEGUN PROCESSING MY APPLICATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS, WHAT SEMESTER IN 2010 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE APPROPRIATE FOR ME TO AIM AT? THANK YOU.KENNETH

You need to apply for a student X visa for your study in China, and you have to apply for the admission letter from the university in China firstly.It is a little late to apply for the student visa for the semester of 2009, ofr you may have to prepare lots of documents for the student visa application.
