trave from guangzhou or shenzhen to xiamen? What is the best way to travel? Thanks

There is a overnight train between Guangzhou and
Xiamen: K297/K300　19:08 - 08:48 (next day); the hard sleeper is about rmb201 and the soft sleeper is about rmb306. but there is no train from shenzhen to xiamen. you can take the bus from shenzhen railway station. about 6 hours on the highway. Hope it helps.
