About:Taiwan Weather

is it good travel in taipei feb /march next yr? how d weather? how d shop n stall business coz i found during CNY? 10x for advice

In consideration of the weather, Feb and Mar are fine. They are in the cool season. Although Feb is the clodest month in Taiwan, the average temperature is about 20C. Sorry, not clear about you question on 'shop n stall business'.:-)
