About:Taiwan Weather

Thinking to visiting taipei in Oct or Nov 2009. Which month is better and any sales during this time?
Is 4 days enough for taipei, jiufen & yehliu? Where can I find local tour in ximenting for day trips?

That is a good time, I believe, for the weather is comfotable, not hot and rainy. There are discounts in departments during holidays. Sorry, can not help with the tour.
