See the 'Liu's 3rd Sister' show and sleep in Yangshuo and drive back to Guilin the next morning? ORdrive to Guilin and the next morning see: Reed Flute Cave, Hubo Hill, Elephant Trunk Hill?Thank you very much.Wish I had time to do everything!

Do you mean that you will only have one day for travel? If so, I think that an one-day tour in Guilin City is better although Yangshuo is charming, too~ Well, I like the natural beauties other than the show.

I have a 10 day vacation but for that area, guilin/yanguo those are the options I have to see more scenery along with the normal tourist li river cruise. So again, my question is which of the two options is better. One night show on the river, or seeing 3 sites in the day.

In this sense, Guilin should meet your needs. On the other hand, in the early morning, you could take the Li River Cruise from Guilin and arrive in Yangshuo in the nooning. Visit Yangshuo town shortly and then return to Guilin in the afternoon.
