About:Chinese Embassy in Argentina

Hi!
Im Argentinian and I want to visit CHina. Ill stay in New zeland for a coulple of month before. Do I have to tramit the visa from Argentina or I can do it from New zeland?

Is the same cost?

For another hand if I only want to go to HK I do not need visa, I need it only if im going to the rest?

Mrs. Eliana, you can apply for it from New Zealand if you have the residence permit or valid visa of New Zealand, otherwise, the visa officer will refuse your application. However, if you apply for China visa in Argentina, then you will stay in New Zealand for months, maybe the China visa will be expired before you use it. The cost is almost equivalent. The fee is US$30 in Argentina, NZ$60 in new Zealand.

If you only go to Hong Kong, you don't need a visa and can stay there for up to 90 days.
