IM IRAQI STUDENT LIVING AND STUDY IN CHINANOW STUDY IN CHANGCHUN CITY - JILIN PROVINCEI'D LIKE TO VISIT RUSSIA FOR A WEEK DURING VACATION IN THIS SUMMER BY CHINESE TRAVEL AGENCY SO I'D LIKE TO KNOW IF I CAN GET TOURIST VISA TO RUSSIA AND WHAT IS MY REQUIRMENTS TO APPLY FOR TOURIST VISA?THANKS FOR UR HELP

You can apply for a visa at the consulate general of South Korea in Shenyang which has the consular jurisdiction over Jilin Province. As i know, it is a little difficult to get a individual tourist visa for Chinese, Property Certificate including bank account, car property and house property are required.
