About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

i want to know if i can get chinese visa here in holland i have a 5 years Spanish resident and i am marry to a dutch citizen.i am now in holland living with my wife my nationality is Nigerian. i want to know what i will need for a bussines or a tourist visa.

If you have the vaid visa to Netherlands, it is possible for you to get a visa from Netherlands, otherwise, it is impossible
