Is Lugu lake worth visiting from Lijiang?

I've heard that the transportation to Lugu Lake is not very convenient. It takes about 7 hours' driving from Lijiang to Lugu lake. That is to say, you have to spend 2 days on the road and just spend a while viewing the lake. Take this into consideration before you make the decision.
