About:Embassy & Consulates of Singapore in China

Dear Officer,
I'm Malaysia passport holder. Im would like to visit to Hong Kong, do i need to apply for the visa?
If no, how many day i can stay there?
If yes, can i apply in Singapore - under " China Embassy in Singapore "

You are free of visa at Hk for up to 90 days.
