Hi,
I want to go from shanghai to guangzhou, could you tell me what should I take (bus,train,flight) which cheap & take how much hours?

The cheap way is to take a train. I advise you to take T99 or T99B at Shanghai Railway Station. It is about 360 for jard sleeper. The price is about 360 yuan. Flight is much more expensive. But if you are tight of time, you can choose to take a flight.
