Hi!
I have a query, a friend of mine is a Chinese citizen. He want to apply
for Spore visa to enter Spore but to collect of the Spore visa frm Hong Kong.
Is it possible for him to apply the Spore visa frm here and collect in Hong Kong?
Please advise.
