About:

I used a jw202 of a school for a an x visa . However I just received the jw 202 of a different school. I have not registered in any of the schools yet since registration for either of them has not begun. Can i register at this new school which i prefer when i get to china ?

Whan you apply for the visa, you need the admission notice of the school which you will study in when you are in China besides the JW202 form, so I'm afraid you can't register a new school.
