About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

Please tell me what the closest China Consulate Office/Embassy to Stuttgart Germany for obtaining visas?
Also, can you please tell me where to find the paperwork that I should prepare before visiting the China Emabssy for a 1 year Business visa and please tell me what are the customary processing fees?

You can either go to the Consulate-general of China in Frankfurt or Munich.
You can find the general info. about the visa application on the official website of the two consulates below.
