I have been selected for one week training to be held at Chinese agricultural university in Beijing (start 14th september). All the expenses will be provided by the organizers. They have only sent me the Visa notification form . Accommodation and flight details have not yet sent in detail but the letter that they have promised is with me.Can I apply for Visa now or I have to wait until accommodation information and flight ticket details come? Do I need a banking ststement also?

You also need the invitation letter or proof of your training from the organizers.As for the bank statement, you can ask the organizers to provide a proof that they will affordyour expenses for your visa application.
