i planning to go Harbin this December maybe about 25th.....if i go there on that day....can i already see a snow sculpture???because i only have a holiday in that time....and i really want to see a snow sculpturethank you

Yes, you can see the sculptures at that time and most of the sculptures is about to be finished at that time, for the ice and snow festival will be help in late Devember or early Jan.
