why Z visa for non native are being canceled even they had been staying in china for more than 3 years.And had  been teaching.This is creating a problem

I think it isn't be cancelled, but it will expire, I advise you contact the foreign affairs administration to enquire about it, or you can also search help from your country's embassy in the country where you work.
