About:China Visa Application Requirements

i am a filipino citizen but a resident of dubai, i wanna apply for a tourist visa in china however my UAE residence visa will be expiring this Jan03,2010 (within 6 months), is it still ok to apply for chinese visa?

No, the China embassy requires non-U.A.E. national applicants to provide the U.A.E. residence visa, which should be valid for more than 6 months.
