Hi!
I am thinking of going to Taiwan in Jan. Is there any summer sale? How's the weather like during that period? Thank you.

There are discounts in department stores during festivals. If you travel to Taiwan In Jan, there is discounts for the Chinese Spring Festivals. :-)
