Can anyone tell me about the popular bath house in Shenyang? Also which restaurant serve the best 'sui zhu yu'?

I can help you with the restaurant problem, Sui zhu yu you mean is a fish dish of Sichuan cuisine. It is spicy. In shenyang, you can choose those to tase the dish:
