what is the cheapest way to get to the garden view YWCA hotel from the airport when arriving at 10:30 p.m.

Hi, Ms Delores, you could refer to my answer to Mr. Gray below. The bus A11 is in operation until to 00:00, so you could catch it to the downtown area. But you will miss the last 12A, so please hire a cab to drive you to the hotel directly. Not expensive!
