what is the latest time for the li river cruise boat leaving from yangshuo to Guilin (not guilin to yangshuo)in september?

is there any taxi available at nite? (around 10pm ) from guilin to yangshuo?

As I remembered, there is no cruise from Yangshuo to Guilin, but only from Guilin to Yangshuo. Yes, you can take a taxi to Yangshuo any time. As you will take a late drive, make a reservation in advance will be more guaranteed.
