About:China Embassy in Thailand

Do I need to make an appointment at the embassy in Bangkok first?

I will need to apply for my Chinese tourist visa while I am in Thailand. Do I need to make an appointment at the embassy in Bangkok first or do I just turn up with the necessary documentation and they will begin my application there and then? If I need an appointment, how do I make one?
Thanks.

The appointment is not required. Just take the required documents to the Chinese Embassy in Bangkok to apply for visa. Submit all necessary documentation to the visa officer, he/she will give you a pick up form, on the date stated on the pick-up form, please collect your visa and passport.
