About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

Hi,

I am travelling to Guangzhou, China to work for 6 months. I am in the process of applying for visas. is it true that I will need a health check when I arrive there? Do I have to travel all the way to Beijing to do this? Also, is it necessary as I will be there for less than a year?

I think you will need a health check when you arrive in Guangzhou for applying a Temporary Residence Permit. The work visa will be expired after 30 days stay in China, you must apply for the Temporary Residence Permit under the help of your employer. You don't need to go to Beijing to do this, it will be done in Guangzhou.

What is a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen? and where can I receive it?
Is that a Medical Insurance?
