About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

Dear Sir,

I am Cambodian and I am now studying in China and I want to visit my Cambodian friend who is stuying in International university of Japan in Niigata. So what is the requirement for me as a cambodian student who study in China to go into Japan.
