Hi, why not try Bank of China. It is an international bank i think.0

Thank you for the answer, Mr Jim. My daughter is going to study in Harbin for a year. So I’m looking for the best way to supply her with the money. I think if she would has the banking card emitted by some international bank with branches all over the world I shell get the easy way to support her. Unfortunately in my city St.Petersburg I have no branches of China banks.0
