I am an Indian, living in Rome. I want to visit Beijing for a couple of days. What do I need?
How do I download the application form?

You need to apply for a visa firstly.
You can download the application form from the official website of the China Embassy in India
http://www.chinaembassy.org.in/eng/lssw/hzqz/

By the way, remeber to make an online appointment firstly.
