Foshan is about 190 kilometers from Shenzhen (Lowu). Foshan Bus Station has express bus to Shenzhen Lohu Bus Station, and the whole journey is about 2 hours. If you want to go other places of Shenzhen, there are also buses to Shekou and Futian bus station in the city.
