I am from India and plan to visit Hong Kong for 4 days. I also want to visit Shenzhen for 1 day. Can I get a visa in HongKong and if yes what is the cost for the visa.

You can just apply for the Shenzhen special zone visa from shekou or Luohu port of Shenzhen easily on arrival.
