Question

My family & I has went to Hai nan island in June 2008 Last year.I have went to a Village with friends near the sea,but Don't have Street Lamps in the Village at night.I Don't Know is there any Volunteers going to hai nan island? When Hai nan island has Train across all the Hai nan island?

By far, there are Haikou, Dongfang and Sanya three railway stations in Hainan, which make up of the west rail line of the island. The east line began since 2007 and plan to be completed in late 2010. :-)
