Hi, if you mean Anping in Heishui City of Hebei, recommend you fly to Beijing from the US. You can get Zhaogongkou Bus Station from Capital Airport: 1. airport express to Sanyuanqiao, then change to Bus 300 and get off at Muxiyuan. 2. Airport Bus Line 1 to Fangzhuang, take taxi (10RMB)to the bus station (this one recommended)Zhaogongkou Bus Station has about five buses to Anping from 6am to 3pm, and get there in 3.5 hours. Or you can also get to Hengshui firest then change to another bus to Anping.
